Two books- ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ (Kannada) and Gandhi illustrated for kids (English) – illustrated and compiled by well-known artist Gujjar (B G Gujjarappa) will be released on Nov 28, 2022, at
10.30 am in the planetarium Auditorium, MAHE, Manipal.
The programme is jointly being organized by Gandhian Centre for Philosophical Arts and Sciences, MAHE, BAHUROOPI and VIVIDLIPI.
Environmentalist Mamatha Rai will release the books. Artists B G Gujjarappa, Ra Suri, Journalists GN Mohan, and Rajaram Tallur will be the guests. GCPAS head Prof Varadesh Hiregange will preside over the function. Later, Gujjar will hold a cartooning session for the
students and others.
